    I ordered non-corrective contacts for a halloween costume. Unfortunately there was an issue with the shipping carrier that was outside the control of FX. I called late on the evening that I received the lenses and left a message. I was astonished that I was called back very soon after by Tom. He was so helpful in fixing the issue which wasnt his fault to begin with. I am very impressed with his professionalism and dedication to customer service. It is so refreshing to work with a company that values its customers and goes out of their way to be helpful.

    I highly recommend this company to all of my friends and family!
